Professional Counseling
Have you been feeling down, unmotivated, or stuck? Maybe you’re not exactly sure what the “problem” is — you just know something needs to change. You may feel like you’re not living up to your full potential… or maybe you’re not even sure what that potential looks like. Perhaps from the outside it seems like you “have it all,” yet you still feel unfulfilled.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I provide a supportive, laid-back, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore what feels off and identify what meaningful change looks like for you. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and develop practical, personalized strategies to help you move forward with confidence.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from:
Person-Centered Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Solution-Focused Therapy
Mindfulness-based approaches
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
There is no “one size fits all” in therapy. Your treatment is tailored to you — your experiences, your strengths, and the goals you want to achieve.
Areas of focus include:
Depression
Anxiety
Stress Management
Self-Esteem
Life Transitions
Relationship Struggles
Coping Skills
Adult ADHD
If you’re ready to better understand yourself and make meaningful changes, I’d be honored to support you in that process.
Clinical Supervision for PLPCs (Missouri)
I provide supportive, growth-oriented clinical supervision for Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselors (PLPCs) working toward full licensure. With over 10+ years of clinical practice and 5 years of supervising PLPCs and intern/practicum students, I bring both experience and practical insight into the supervision space.
I’m laid back in style, but intentional in process. My goal is to create a supervision experience that feels supportive, honest, and productive — a space where you can grow both professionally and personally while building confidence in your clinical work.
